Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

  • The garage is accessible for skis, bikes, and other property.
  • Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These areas are for member use only.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking should be left outside the home.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • This home is not pet friendly. No animals are allowed at this home.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals, please visit: Off Road Adventures.
  • No events allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.

Fees and Payments

  • All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee required to maintain the amenities.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • The level parking area has room for four cars comfortably.
  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
  • Free parking on premises.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Internet and cell phone boosters provided. All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • Full backup power generator which will automatically operate in the event of a power outage.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.).
  • All linens and towels provided for your stay.
  • Minimum standard amenities include: bed linens, towels, heating/cooling, cooking basics, high-speed internet, washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, toaster, oven, stove, smoke alarm, and carbon monoxide detector.
  • While enjoying your stay at Howling at the Moon, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include:
    • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store.
    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsman's Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking).
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disk Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
    • Vineyard: Food and wine served.
      • All visitors on premises at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
      • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
      • HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat & Sun 1p-7p.
    • The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests may attend. In the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge.
